Poison....numbers and questions

1. Does the - regen from envenom stack?

2. If i hit a mionion once with the primary splash effect and a few seconds later with the secondary splash

of envenom and weaken, does it stack?

3. And what the hell are the numbers of noxious gas....cant find/google any numbers (-res / -def........)?????
