Unable to play: Wrong Username Wrong Password

I just downloaded the game and set up an account. The log in keeps saying error wrong password or wrong username

This helped me. I taught that the account I had to have was the one of the forum, but only that did not do. The link above to create a game account helped. Maybe that was the confusion?
