Returnin player that remakes hes Fire/Regen scrapper as DM/Rad brute so i need bit of a help making this build /slotting since im rusty and bad doing this.. Firstly i wanna try also do duels w this build so as late powers imma want try Makos Bile Spray and Arctic Breath in this build and do another build w GW (Gloom, Soul tentacles) or Energy Mastery powers Thx in advance!
