Ice/Psy/Ice Build Critique

My first attempt at a level 50 build for my Dominator. Any advice or change suggestions is welcome. I tried to get perma-dom + decent ranged defense. Also, most of these enhancement sets are not final, as I was realistically slotting for what I could afford as soon as I hit 50.
