Gulbasaur Posted August 2, 2019 Share Posted August 2, 2019 Honestly, there is no "best" and it depends on what you want to achieve? More damage? Musculature. Easier endurance? Cardiac. Use them as a way of plugging holes in your build and you won't go too far wrong. Also, interface ones are sort of buggy and don't really do anything until you can get them to 75% proc rate so leave that until last.
