Thug / FF Build Advice

Hello All,

 

I'm trying to make a build with Thug/FF but i'm stalling out on how to slot and IO my MM. As a little back story i'm pretty new to all these sets and still trying to play with Pines to figure out how it works.

 

My goal is to try and get capped with positional Def if I can with decent Res to back it up while trying to kick out as many Gang Wars as I can. I have the powers picked (tho I could get rid of some stuff like vengeance to make room for another power) out just need help slotting it to max. I know some of the build choices could be better, or it might have gone better to go /cold because it has more utility. But I'm trying to fit the lore I built in my head for this character >.<'

 

Anyway I have the Thug portion of my build pretty well but struggling with the FF side. I followed a build by StrikerFox Here! (tho may make some changes as I don't need all the DEF bonus sets) but have plenty of slots left for my FF and Pool powers.

(Also Bonus does anyone know if Def softcaps are the same for all our pets, or do they need more DEF since some are at lower levels than me)
