Council And 5th Column Faction Errors

I was fighting Council and 5th Column in the streets of Steel Canyon, but I noticed some discrepancies between their names and models; there was a Penumbra Elite model who was named Nebula Cor Leonis (light brown with mask, not the skintight suit). I’ve also seen 5th with the glowy eyes  model without the Elite title. Generic Nebel soldiers also seem to spawn in way higher levels than they should (Founders).

 

Of course, there’s also the door missions that spawn that ONE gray Vortex Adjutant (usually Citadel or Moonfire TF).
