Back in the day on Live, it used to be that it could trigger on every attack that PA decoys make, and it buffed the decoys themselves. Nowadays it seems to trigger when I cast PA (a buff labeled "boost up" shows up), but do the decoys trigger it as they attack and do they benefit from it at all?
