Night at the Opera Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 How do I do an outdoor area? I hit F3 which seems to enable clipping and tried removing one of the ceiling tiles. Is there something else I need to do to eliminate the ceiling so I can see sky only?
ShardWarrior Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 (edited) You will want to take a look at the Base Builders Cheat Sheet in the Base Building sub-forum. Basically, you fill a room from floor to ceiling in the Room Height Editor (see here). Next, press F3 to enable room clipping, then drag/drop your base entry portal above the room you just filled.
