Fell through the world when entering the first door to Hero-1 Memorial

I was doing my cape mission, and when I first entered the memorial door, I fell through the world into an area that was endless sky. Not even building silhouettes overhead. I used a jetpack to fly as high as possible, and was able to /stuck back into the map.
