I’m looking for a build that has claws and mental powers with perma mind link and hasten I can’t seem to get it just right

i do like the dart burst power as well I was trying to include that but not doing so well idk of my rebirth miss or what but numbers sent good

This game is not so hard-core that, if you can't get perma-hasten, you won't get accepted into groups/raids/whatever. Just make what you like, try your best, and figure it out.
