Base building bug

I've had an issue that persists since the 64-bit version started.

 

When base building I noticed it first using the glass floor texture.  I've come to realize it seems to be an issue with any one-sided texture.  I, like most people, am building outside the reserved base space.  When I was building my pool using the glass floor texture the problem started when I flipped one upside down so as to have the same texture on the bottom as on the top.  I was able to flip it and set it in place but after that I wasn't able to build anything else because nothing I clicked on would spawn.  It was only after exiting the game and logging back in could I build again.

 

It is now fairly immediate with one sided textures.  Sometimes I can only lay one down then I have to reload or I can put a couple down....but it's inevitable.

I've noticed it when you try to spin objects in place also.
