Give us a way to target the mob we're facing, not the nearest

I'm looking for the nearest by angle to our center line of sight, not linear distance from that line. There's no need to calculate the actual angle, the distance from the line divided by the length along it would suffice, presuming that that's a simpler calculation.

Preferably with a maximum distance based on our power with the longest range, looking at targets beyond that only in the absence of nearer. This would at least greatly reduce random target lock on mobs in the distance.

If it's target_nearest_to_sight_line a target_next_nearest_to_sight_line would be good too.
