TINPEX (Tin Mage & Apex task forces) needs more love. Kheldians (Warshades & Peacebringers) need more love. So, why not combine the two in an all out event.
What do you need? A level 50 Warshade or Peacebringer (Blue or Red). While you don't have to be slotted with incarnates, it's strongly advised.
