Trying to tighten up a Rad/Bio build, would love some help

I've got a Rad/Bio at 43 right now and am aiming for this for iTrials and 50+ content.

 

Would appreciate any help on getting my defense up a bit more and getting a handle on my endurance.

There's a few choices I'd change up but it looks pretty solid! I'd always recommend Musculature and Ageless Incarnate Abilities - once they are tier 4 it adds a big boost to damage and you won't have any Endurance issues.
