I think you would be better served by going for a M/R defense build or a s/l/e build with rune of protection. You get a lot more a lot more survivability through pos defense and more resists with the epic shield with a M/R def build. The s/l/e rune of protection route gives you mez protection, more recharge, and more resists when rune is up. I also think it is a mistake not to take repel as I love the FF procs it provides as well as the knockdown.

i made a few changes based on my own play style and this is what i came up with, swapped out transference for acro, reduced range defence but added a lot more AoE defence bringing it up to 45/40/40.

been running this build on my main for a while now, while it is silly expensive it is silly fun. the (near)softcapped defence's make the build super survivable.
run in fulcrum, inferno, RoF, mob 1 dead, run in, fulcrum, pyronic, fireball, mob 2 dead. rinse and repeat.
the big question is, is there a way for me to improve this build?

after rolling 20+ tanks I've finally decided on a willpower/spines, both have just the right of being unbeatable and dealing damage.
I've put together what i think the build should look like, however as i have never played willpower or spines before i could do with some advice/critique.
Anything any of you could do to help would be great!

Sleet debuff duration

Recently made a cold/sonic defender as a 'debuff king' alt, when i fully slotted him i took him into AE to test the levels of -res i could get to.
Whilst there i noticed that for some reason the debuffs that sleet give only last for 15 seconds (the duration of the damage dot) rather than the described 30 seconds in power information.
I retested using burnout to see if it just isn't able to stack, but burnout allowed me to stack sleet.
does anyone know if this is a known issue?
