Since when Homecoming have these shenanigans? I have characters inspired by Sabretooth, Psylocke and a lot of others well know characters, even their names is the same and nothing ever happened, now I made a complete Gambit replica and was proud as hell, having a lot of fun but when I logged into the game I saw the character was completely reset and received an email to not replicate the costume again because its copywritten??? Is this the consequences of the NcSoft thing already?

Hi! I'm a new player, don't know much about end game and wanted to play a TW/Fire scrapper I made and loved so much but it feels so god damn weak. It doesn't survive long, damage it awful and TW is very slow, even with momentum. Can someone help me with a build? Where should I put enhancement slots? What enhancements should I use? Please! And thank you!

Yeah but I like sword and fantasy medieval themes. An armor for the melee archetypes that can heal him and his allies a little would be fun. We have regen but no healing.

So the new powersets are all ballistic weapons control based. We have a lot of those and a lot of dark stuff. There are no plans of adding something like a Light/Divine/Angelic based stuff? Like Divine Armor or Light Blast, etc? So we can finally make a proper Paladin tank or Cleric defender and the like? Never saw anyone talking about this. It looks like everything is geared towards ranged stuff and melee have no love at all.

Yeah, I just couldn't stand her running around like a ninja hahaha But she don't have dimensional power, magic items and such, she is just a "foot soldier" sent to Paragon City by the Magus of her order because some of the Demons from her dimension is being summoned by some kind of dimensional magic and he traced it to Paragon City. In her dimension, her order is the only frontline they have against the demons, so they feel responsible for it and want to confront whoever is summoning them. When its time to return, she will be transported back, but will she want to, though? I saw somewhere in the game that some Demons, Behemots and such are summoned from an unknown dimension and this background immediately popped in my head, since the first enemies you fight are Hellions, it just made sense to me. Also, last night someone invited me to a Super Group, while I didn't had time to play with them, they all seem to be a friendly bunch! But I'm playing a "Paladin Knight" type of character. I didn't found anything that would look good on her, so she just runs around on the streets haha. She came from another dimension, so she isn't really used to how things works on Paragon City, but she was rewarded with a strange aparatus that let you fly around when helping a detective stop a bank heist though, and she is learning how to pilot it by trial and error. He called it a "jet pack". While she has a little of divine protection (fire armor), she can't use powerful magic to fly around or teleport. HAHAHA thats awesome! Very creative, congratz! I got some compliments on my character looks last night, but I was away and couldn't thank them properly. I'll try to put something in my bio, too! Also, regarding the people helping with the difficult/xp thing, I figured out that I can run from strong enemies and their ads up to a point and it resets their aggro, then I attack when they are returning, defeating one by one. Some times it takes a little while to clear a mission, but at least I can do it.

Glad to know this! If I play in a lower difficult settings, does it influence the amount of exp I earn? Or any other things? Sadly, I'm playing on Excelsior, I'm also magic based and while I never engaged in any RP because I'm very shy, I love to see other people RP! I make character themes, background and such in my mind and get really attached to them. I would love to see this mentor thing!

Also, its getting really hard to solo missions and I've been spamming "LFT" for 40 minutes and nobody invited for anything =[ it looks like nobody do missions, just those power level things. Its getting really boring playing alone, sadly.

Yeah, I tried those but they don't go really well with my hero haha, it looks weird.

Wow, thanks for all the replies, I'm feeling very welcome! Last night I found a team (more like they found me, tbh) to run through KR missions and it was a blast! It looks like playing in a team is way more fun, and way more hard, than playing solo. I felt like I did nothing in the team, but we had fun. I'm really loving the game right now. Also, I asked about how many powers I can get because I opted to make a normal human, so no flying, super jumps or super speeds for RP sake. I'll get the hang of things some way, Thanks everyone!

Thanks, I appreciate it! Yeah, I'm having a lot of fun doing me, using the powers that I want, the enhancements that I want and building the hero that I want, doing missions and reading everything. The first missions for Twinshot made me laught a lot. But I'm playing alone, while I'm trying to solo everything, right now I'm stuck on Veles cause I can't beat him alone, thats why I'm asking how to properly ask for help cause the chat doesn't seems to have anyone that never played before, I don't see anyone asking for help with these silly things so I felt strange about flooding the chat with this.

Hi! So, I never had the chance to play this game back in the day. Every time I saw something about it, it left me fascinated. I'm really glad to have the chance to play it! Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this and whatnot, but I didn't saw anything for new player introductions and I got the impression that the "help" part of the forum is for bugs and such and I didn't want to flood the ingame help chat. With that out of the way, I have some questions: When people are looking for teams, blue or blueside=heroes, right? What DFB, TF, BAF stands for? In this game, instead of the "normal" "LFP", people say "LFT", right? If I want some help to do some missions, how should I properly ask for it? Can I get all the powers from my 2 powersets? Thats all the questions I had on top of my head for now. Again, if this is the wrong place to ask these things, sorry! Thanks!
