More to do with family drama inside the company. The younger brother of the family was trying to shut down his sister-in-law, and the sister-in-law was the champion of western-centric efforts... so, to get at her, he went through CoH/CoV.
Families. The source of almost as much chaos as alcohol.
...I'd kinda like to get Statesman resurrected. Whatever your opinion on Jack was, Statesman now belongs more properly to the City, than to a fellow's pen and paper toon of over a decade ago.
*edit*
Even if it is a reformed alternate-reality Statesman.
Knockback is *why* it's the best.
Here is where I wish I had a "smart" button. Aye, I liked it... but when I started teaming, some various tanks hated (and I mean, *hated*) the kb. kd, they were okay with.
Sort of a single target take-down AT. About defender-ish level power, secondary is a mid-defense, but the lock it has is meant to accelerate takedowns of AVs and elite bosses.
They look like information kiosks... you probably noticed one in City Hall and one over in Mercy. There is an actual toon in the Vanguard base before you go out to the crashed Rikti Mothership.
Same. I never understood what people like with that look. Frankly, tis why I could not stay in Champions.
Well, that and the cash shop had the cool stuff.
Good point. My suggestion would be to constrain everyone down to maybe 3 character slots during the first week of release, then roll out more later on.
That'd give most people a decent chance at claiming their most cherished identities while keeping the squatters at bay.
But then how I am going to test every new character power combo and remake all 32 of my old characters??? That's not fair!!! WAAAAAAAAAAAAH! (j/k)
32? What, you only had one account and did characters only on... uh... one... server... hrm...
