So day 2 of me waiting on this event and the Mob that I guess is supposed to summon him is still stuck south of Potter's Field landmarker. Killing them doesn't seem to move them. Any suggestions or can a GM force spawn a scrapyarder so he hopefully spawns in a different area? Indomitable Server.
