[Tweak or trash this Necro/Dark build]

I don't play MM's too often and do not know how to make a decent build for them.  Looking for help with this one.  Help me tweak it so that it is at least decent of just tell me there is no hope and I should trash it.  I based this on @Nyghtmaire guidelines in a previous post.  Thanks for your help.
