I'm a Lvl38 Rad Emission/Rad Blast Defender. I've been lingering in the mid-30s Lvls for a couple of months. Any suggestions on how I can farm my way up to LvL50?

So I'm a level 22 Radiation Defender with Radiation 2ndary. I get my head handed to me in AE missions, even the easy ones. Anyone have any ideas how I can level up quickly? The rest of my SuperGroup is basically Level 50 except for us poor Defenders.
