Pre 50 slot as many thunder strike sets in your ranged powers that you can, goal is the 6th ability 2.5 def ranged. snipe slot the ex-contrat 6th perc is 3.75 ranged. try and get your ranged defence to a point where you need 1 purp to surpass the soft cap. In the Epic fire pool powers there is the fire pool (ablility) that knocks mobs back....Slot the IO from the KB io set that changes the Knock back to Knock down!!!!!! Its totally overpowered. its better then the tankers ice patch. cheers
