Raging Nova

So, I leveled an Arachnos Soldier to 50, went Bane on the first build with no issues. Went to start a second build so that I could go Crab. Went through the entire process and the respec failed. It failed over and over again. It finally took but it stopped at level 24 and kicked me out and I was stuck with Soldier abilities instead of the ones that I selected for Crab. Now when I go to respec it only lets me go to level 24 before it finishes and nothing I select sticks or it fails outright. I also have the green arrow up top showing that I need to level up but I've already done all that. First time I've ever encountered this issue. Has anyone else run into this situation before?

I've seen this toon in action first hand and it is beastly. Mowed mobs of Freaks down easily.

Would love to be able to use the Arachnos/Praetorian clockwork upper bodies that's not missing parts of the torso/abdomen, the heads, and arms/gloves.

Something I've wanted for a long time is the ability to set Shadow Cloak to Minimal FX so that I can see my War Shade. This also applies to any other power that hides a character and their costume. Heck, I'd be happy if the FX was changed to one of the other shield powers that is just wispy looking or have it act like Invisibility and once you attack the Shadow Cloak FX drops without losing the defense.
