I would just like the option to "lock" piece in so it didn't randomize. Sometimes there a parts of the random character that look good to me, but I'm not patient / skilled enough to change everything else. I'd like like to lock that part in and keep hitting random.
Conversely, I sometimes have a costume close, but want to look at some other options. If I like the head, face, hair, etc... It would be nice to get some random help in the remaining areas without wiping out the stuff I liked.

Just a hunch, but check your AV software. Something has probably update and it isn't allowing CoH to save into the directory that the power customizations are saved.
I haven't seen this particular issue mentioned, but there a couple of cases on the forums where taking a screenshot could crash the client and in those cases it was AV software related.

I had a Dominator that was running out of end a lot. I had intended to slot this way but hadn't bought the enhancements yet. I finally picked them up and it made all the difference for her.

It was mentioned before in this thread, but I think it bears repeating that you can activate the Long Range Teleporter power and while the menu is up, instead of selecting a teleport location you can click the "Enter Base From Passcode" macro button you've used in the past and it will take you to the base. You can do this from anywhere, no need to be next to a base portal. I find myself doing this a lot of time since I don't have zone badges for a lot of my characters yet.

I bought some Winter packs, but I tend to hold the proceeds in case I need them on an alt. BUT, I definitely FELT like I was make a good purchase on the packs -- until now. I spent more than I would have if I wouldn't have thought they were on sale.
Kind of the definition of sale, right? Spend more than you should on things you don't need because it is a price you can't resist.

It looks like you can right-click on the AGV and temporarily disable it. You wouldn't want to keep it that way, but it might be a useful test to see if it is or is not the problem.

Antivirus updates all of the time, so maybe? Did you recently change to the new launcher? That may have changed the directory structure and thrown the AV software off.
If there is a way to exclude directories from scanning, you may want to try that. I think that the launcher eventually launches a different exe. I believe it is cityofheroes.exe or it could be homecoming.exe, I'm not where I can check at the moment. Maybe that one also needs allowed in AVG?

There have been a couple of threads about this in the past and the fix that I remember from them was that the client couldn't write to the screenshot directory. Most of the time that was caused by antivirus software not allowing the game to save there. You may want add an exception for the screenshot directory.

Crafting cost of for the recipe or the crafting cost of having memorized the recipe? If I recall, there is a pretty good discount given to crafting cost once the recipe has been memorized.

Usually when it procs, I'm about to die, so I use it as an indicator that I need to pay more attention. I like that it is red, because it grabs my attention.

I can get behind a name release IF it is based on ACCOUNT inactivity and not character inactivity. I have some characters that only make an appearance once in a great while. However, I would be upset if they lost their name because they were on the inactive reserve roster for too long.

Maybe some of them are logged in but in the character creator or character selection screen?

Someone else had a similar issue and my old binds from WAY back helped them. Check out this post and see if it helps.

Buff powers do work this way and have for a long time (maybe forever?). I would be ok with it being fixed. My static SG team refers to this as "Double Bubbles" and we usually try to start out the mission with 2x buffs.

I just back to say that it works if you click it with the mouse from the menu, but if you hit the hotkey on the keyboard they do NOT work.

The first 5-10 million is the hardest. After that you have some capital to work with. The adage "It take money (inf) to make money (inf)." is still true here.

I would be ok with adding more characters to the bio, but this right here:

Is probably the best reason NOT to. I like to read bios, I even take the time to write a few for some characters, but I really don't want to read 3 pages of random musings. Keep it short, keep it concise and that will keep it interesting.

The test servers are pretty much like this now. Log in, make a character, give it as much XP as you want to be whatever level you'd like.
