  1. I moved around some of the slots between crowd control and shatter. I wanted to smooth out some of the numbers and I figured having the -res debuff is better on the power that hits more targets consistently. However, I wanted to learn more about this 5% def/res bonus from slotting barrier. When I toggle it on in mids it makes all my numbers jump way up. Is there a way to see the 5% increase reflected in the numbers without seeing the effects of the click buff. I tried looking on the wiki and in game to see if the 5% is mentioned anywhere, but i didn't see it mentioned anywhere. Is it a passive 5% that is always on even when exemplared down below 50? Also, I almost always picked the other barrier because of the 2x res, but going forward I would probably prefer the passive bonus over a situational res. Thanks in advance.   2. Wow I really appreciate all that effort and they look great! I like having a rng aoe attack; will help pull in mobs. I'm going to tinker with these builds a bit and report back if I change anything - so much fun thank you!

  4. Hello community, I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me make my tank a little tankier. I have more than adequate defense in some areas, but noticeably lacking in the psi/tox/and a little bit in Neg nrg. From what I have been seeing I should be able to get my Neg nrg to 45% or close to it from energy drain, but not entirely sure. However, I am much more concerned with my neg nrg resistance. It is ~ 75% while all my other resistances are damn near close to 90%. I can't seem to find much wiggle room in my build to squeeze out a few more % in it without hurting another area by a greater %. Lastly, I am not really sure if I should have the end procs in stam and harmonic mind or the power transfer chance to heals. I guess energy drain should be sufficient to cover my end use. Would greatly appreciate any feedback and or criticism. Thanks Tanker (Energy Aura - War Mace) mine.mbd
  5. Thanks so much for the response it is genuinely super helpful. I took barrage because it has -regen and since I plan on fighting AVs with just 3 toons and 2 of them being supports who actually don't have any -regen powers I did not know if I would need the extra -regen, which is why it is only 1 slotted. I can easily drop that though. I apologize I am not too familiar with many of the terms you used, but I assume by mule you mean a power you take just to carry a specific IO and in the case of the strength of will being a mule I should put maybe the gladiators armor in it to free up that slot? Lastly, I am not sure what DPA means, but I assume it means the power is good and should have a bunch of slots in it. PS: I think I made almost all the changes you suggested and I like this so much better please let me know if you see anything else I should change thanks again!   6. I don't think I know what I am doing when making builds for my characters. I feel like I am missing something and I get stuck in the same trains of thought. I am pretty sure I should have a -res proc somewhere in this build. I should probably have higher NRG resistance. Also, I do not think I choose the correct epic pool, but I feel like I should have at least one ranged attack and the - tohit with my high def seems good. However, I am not sure if I should be leaning heavier into regen. Also, I like the preventative medicine set a lot not sure if it works in this build or not. I am looking for guidance more than a prefab build because I feel like all my builds look like this. However, I wouldn't mind looking at some example builds to see what I am doing wrong. Also, my goal is basically to be playing this toon as both a tank and a dps with 2 other toons (multi instance) which would be support toons and running task forces. Any help would be greatly appreciated. PS. When I uploaded this set I forgot had selected agility core for my alpha just so I could see what the values would be. Keep that in mind when evaluating build totals. Also, any incarnate suggestions would be greatly appreciated Scrapper (Energy Melee - Willpower).mbd
  7. My KB protection is only 8, am I missing something? Not sure where I might have messed up when translating it into Mids or is there something you are seeing that I am not. Also, the description for kick says knockdown not knockback. Is that incorrect?
  8. Since the update I've been experiencing constant screen flickering/flashing. I noticed it when the 64 bit version came out. I loaded it and It immediately started so i quit it and went back to 32 bit with no problems. Then today's patch makes it happen even in the 32 bit version. However, I can play it in safemode without issue. I have a fairly old graphics card could that be the culprit? Thanks,
  9. I installed it according to the tutorial linked in the homecoming discord, and I still had issues with the brickstown map and only the brickstown map, which was resolved by using the old vidiot maps texture.
  10. So I did some testing. I installed the I23 vidiot maps to a test folder and dragged the map_city_04_02.texture from that into the corresponding folder and brickstown map is displaying again. So the old map works, but the new one linked by the OP didn't work for some reason. However, the I23 map texture is good enough for now despite not having the park history badges marked on it.
  11. Sorry yeah, that's the actual file path that I used but still Brickstown is messed up. That's the only map that's messed up. Unfortunately, I can't get the date that the file was created because when I download just the map file it has todays date as the created date. Unless I'm looking in the wrong spot.
  12. I'm having the same issue with the brickstown map. I tried manually dragging map_city_04_02.texture into the data> maps> static folder, but that didn't change anything,
