I just made this actual build and I'm wondering what incarnates you would recommend? Thanks!

Just wanted to come back and say thank you all for the wonderful information. I went ahead and got a demons/dark to 50 with all his IO sets and have gotten most of my incarnates…and it’s pretty impressive compared to pre-50. My true test was to run +4/x8 arachnos and carnies paper missions solo without losing a single pet. It was slow going but I got it done. Now I’m wondering if necro/dark might be even better since I love control. I’ve got one up to 40 so far and it’s been pretty good. Can’t wait to see him at 50 with all his IOs and incarnates. Force Redux, I have really enjoyed your demons/dark build. Do you by chance have an IO sets build but without the Hami’s you could share? Thank you!!

I see...sounds intriguing. So what kind of numbers are we talking about as far as a good Demons/Dark build? Pet Defense? Resistance? Etc? Thanks!!

Thank you for the reply. Can you elaborate on why you say that? The way I understand it Dark is a debuffing set. Does it somehow have great slotting options that allow you to get the pets to high defense/resistance levels?

Sorry, I should have been more clear in my question... I was asking the difference between these two secondaries for the pets with regard to defense and resistance. Typical reply example would be something like: Demons/Cold you can get to 32% defense and 70% S/L resistance but Demons/Thermal can only get to 20% defense and 45% S/L but with the aoe healing it’s not a problem. Obviously those are not real numbers but hopefully it explains what information I’m looking for? 🤷‍♂️ Thanks!!

How much more tanky are the cold demons than the thermal demons? Trying to decide between the two and if we’re only talking a small amount it would seem that the less active cold with the self-healing demons would be the better choice for me. Thanks for your input! man is it great to be back playing CoH again!!

I am getting ready to take them both back against some +4 Carnies to see how they do today and see if yesterday was just some strange occurrence.

Thanks for the reply, Sovera. I appreciate the info. So how much end drain resistance is enough? You would think the 69% bio gets and then adding T4 Ageless Radial which puts him at 154.2% would be enough...but it's clearly not as he got sapped and detoggled this morning by a group of carnies over and over. I then tried the same group on my ss/sr brute who has all positional defenses in the 50's and he got sapped and detoggled by them as well. Maybe it's the +4 diff. but I've never had any problems with end drains before today. So odd...

Hi guys! Long time lurker, first time poster. 🙂 I am here to seek help from the experts on this one. My tanks/brutes/scrappers, really every class I play all have the same problem... Carnies, Arachnos, etc. They drain my endurance, detoggle me and I can either run or die. According to Mids, rad has 86% EDR, invul has 25%, bio has 69%. Yet my tw/bio scrapper that I've spent like a bill inf on, still has it happen to him - just like all my other toons. How much EDR is enough? I am at a loss as to how to prevent it and I am looking to the experts (tanker boards) for some help, advice, etc. Oh, and I I've tried using the Ageless T4 radial with debuff resistance on my tw/bio scrapper and on my ss/sr brute, but it still happens. How do you guys deal with it? Thanks in advance!
