i made a new savage melee rad scrapper and as u can see it the photo the stacking stacks of beta decay are there but when i attack the blood frenzy stacks from savage will not show there i can look over at team window and buffs and see them but the buff bar where i look as im playing they will not show for some reason

havnt updated it since i did the build for new changes cuz i got sidetracked with other alts but this is what mine looks like once finished dark dark.mbd

started a grav/marine and having really played or slotted a marine yet curious how or what ppl builds would look like
