  1. I sure did! 😑 I swapped out the Unbreakable Guard with the Gladiator. I also Frankenslotted Weave with (2) Red Fortune, (2) Reactive, and (1) LoTG Recharge and Shield Charge with (2) Obliteration and kept (3) of the Scirocco. That gained me a tad bit more resistance. Think that's all I can get out of this build the way I have it set up. Add some incarnates and accolades, I should be good to go.
  2. I wasn't a big fan of the animation, but the cone isn't too bad as you stated. I picked it back up in a new tweaked build below, to gain a bit more resistance, recharge, and defense. I didn't know you could gain that from the kismet, but honestly I was accepting what was given to me. After playing around with the build a bit more on test, I ended up deciding to swapping it out. I managed to find two slots, was tough to find a third. Thanks for the information and catch. I swapped it out for Panacea. Not to worried about the heals, it was just an IO that I had typically put on my toons. Seems as though Panacea's proc does a bit better for me in the endurance side of things. Again, thanks for the information! Here is my latest build, managed to get resistance up to 84%, which I can noticeably feel when playing on the test. Endurance management is better as well. I did remove some of the "chance for *insert* damage" enhancements to get to this point. Swapped out force feedback as well from shield charge. I may revisit that since it's really good AOE damage.   4. Hello all, Rightfully so, I haven't seen many of these builds in the forums. I decided to have a go at IO sets for it. I am good with the resistance, but struggled to find a way to cap out the positional defense at ~47%. I also seemed to hit a wall on global recharge; knowing that I can get some from incarnates. Even with that, hasten doesn't quite get to perma per Mids. I do not use Power Crash, but I picked it up for the IO sets. Tried this build on Brainstorm and seemed to hold its own. I am currently level 41 on Live. Let me know if there are any suggestions!   6. Thank you both for the opinions! Never thought about the Celerities. I still obviously have lot to learn about Frankenslotting. I did remove some of the extra slots in favor of Celerity IO and Shield Wall. I swapped out Vengeance to pick up Scorpion Shield (if I desire to go through the process to pull to the blue side). I am now just 2% under cap on resists with Wild Growth active, which I am fine with. I am fighting between using Impeded and Edict of Master defense proc. I am a fan of going with as much damage as possible, in favor of attempting to up defense. I will give it a go on the test server, to see if the proc activates enough to be worth it. That is my fault there. I originally had Call Hawk in the build, but after playing the character on the test, found that I really didn't find a moment to use it. It's enough work directing the beasts where to go and keeping them buffed. I pulled the two enhancements and stuck in a Soulbound proc. I didn't know that could work for the pets! Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything else useful to put in there and a second Soulbound only nets me regen. I decided to dump a typical damage IO to bring up the enhanced percentage. Giving a lot of this a shot. Will test it tonight. A few other changes: Removed an Adjusting Targeting IO based on the gains net from Celerity Added a Shield Breaker proc based on the info of the Wolves being "proc monsters". Swapped some of the enhancements within the set to try to get more accuracy. Added Performance Shifter chance for End. On paper, this build is still very endurance heavy, but do feel like I could fix that with incarnates Moved Preventative Medicine absorb to Health Added Lockdown: Chance for +2 Mag to Entangling (This will likely change. I am losing places to hide slots... lol. First build I have run into that problem)
  7. Hello all, I have a level 22 Beast/Nature mastermind. Starting to look into IOs and IO sets for it. Searching these forums and other places, I have come up with this build. I have created it on the test server and am pretty happy with it. It's netting me 64% S/L resist for Wolves, 75% for Lions, 76% for Dire, and capped for myself with Wild Growth. I managed to get Wild Growth perma and Wild Bastion has a 10 second downtime. Defense is around 21% or so for all pets without Fortify Pack. Fortify has a 5-7 second downtime, but thus far, only needed it when ambushed or facing an AV. I was pretty impressed by the heals and ST damage. Checking to see if anyone has any opinions on tweaks in the build. Endurance management is not too bad, could be better. Entangling and Overgrowth are the worst offenders. Many people dislike Entangling, but I find it to be worth while. I could probably mitigate both end and recharge through incarnates. Let me know your thoughts! Thanks in advance.   8. I gave your build suggestion a chance on the beta server and the resistance is amazing! I made a couple changes to fit my play style and am pretty satisfied with the outcome. I got rid of Hasten because I felt like I was getting enough recharge from the IO sets. I also can't stand that Hasten forces a redraw. In getting rid of that, I picked up Focused Accuracy, as I was seeing a lot of misses when fighting 54s (Behemoths/Malta/Carnies in test). I also swapped the smashing damage chance on Serpent's to Assassin's Mark, which is one of my favorite IOs. It hits quite a few times when utilizing Eye of the Storm. Now my attack chain is what you stated of Guarded Spin -> Precise Strike -> Assassin's Staff -> Serpent's Reach with minimal downtime waiting for Guarded, but in most cases having build up to stick in there from Assassin's Mark.   9. Very obvious that I need to learn more about IO Sets. That is an impressive build, didn't know I could get that much resistance out of non-rare IOs. Thanks for the assistance Hopestar! I'll give this a shot on the beta server.
  10. Hello all, I have created this character a while ago and had been playing around with common IOs. Lately, I decided I was going to start building some sets. Below is what I came up with in the hero designer. This character is currently at level 40 and needs to be respec'd. I wanted to get some opinions from some of the veteran enhancers. I am not looking to max out, but more or less take advantage of procs, soft cap defense, raise resistance, and keep regeneration and endurance manageable. I am open to opinions, as I am not necessarily tied to using any specific powers etc. I have thought about dropping Serpent's reach, but didn't really have something to put in it's place. Maybe maneuvers? I have played this build on the beta server and it is very fun. I probably could use a bit more damage, but figured I could look into incarnates for that. Let me know your thoughts.
