A super inspiration called "Clairvoyance" Effect: Displays all enemies on the map for 5 seconds. This could cost 10 threads or something and have very limited use. I don't think it would imbalance play or anything but it would reduce frustration on certain maps. Not sure if it should display glowies.

I used to have those issues until I started /ignoring everyone that irritated me. My ignore list has 40 or so names on it and I rarely see farm beggars in lfg or tells. I think it is a small number of players making a lot of noise.
