How do I get the HC Launcher to update CoH?

Hi, that has not worked for me. Closed the launcher completely several times, no update. Re-validated several times, no update. Restart PC twice, no update. I am not using Windows Defender for my Firewall, and have it (the software I do use) completely turned off. Still no update. My Launcher has no update option or button on it. Are there any other solutions to try
