You'll want to do something like Devastating Blow, Bone Smasher, Radiation Siphon, Bone Smasher.
Focused accuracy is mostly a mule but also to deal with the end game annoying mobs who do blinds and -tohit debuffs. You don't need to have it toggled on all the time but endurance shouldn't be a problem with DNA Siphon.

I kind of wish I could use the Experimental pool for Speed of Sound and Jaunt, without significantly gimping my defenses.

I've been looking at the forums for a good Beam/Devices build, but all i've found is either outdated due to not factoring in the latest changes, or are hover blasters, which I don't see this character being.

Is there a way to make an easy city skyline? It's only meant to be viewed from a distance on a penthouse suite or roofttop of that building.

How do you even play an Illusion/Traps controller? I feel so ineffectual when I tried it.

If I had to guess about Page 6. I hope it's enemy costume pieces but it looks like a combination Freakshow/vahzilok group that uses scavenged super tech to boost them to incarnate level, and a story arc surrounding that.

Do you still recommend taking Dimension Shift while leveling this build?

Found a solution to my problem, but not an answer to the issue.
My Mids hero designer doesn't seem to want to load the window. The program launches fine and it's in my taskbar, but there's no window. I have no other screens or displays it could be on. I've tried repairing the program, and reinstalling it, but still have the same issue.
EDIT: The version from the zip file seems to run fine. It's the install version that has this problem. Still not sure what's causing it.
