I too am having that issue. The installation of Island Rum went smoothly, everything appears to be there but when I click the button, a green tick appears for a few seconds, the writing above the blue bar says "Launching Homecoming (64-bit)" and then it reverts back to "Ready To Play" I'm using a new iMac with Catalina
