When you take Equip Thugs, do you only have to use it once or every time you summon them? Is there any reason to slot it? Any other things that you could tell me/suggest?
You guys are AWESOME! Thanks for the help. Water/Rad is my favorite combo I have ever played. Keeping in mind I am only lvl 25 and have 0 set IOs. But I am vvery happy with performance thus far!
Thank you all for the great info. I went with Invul/Electric for now. I'm sure I will try another alt build soon. And yes, I meant non-set IOs. I apologize for not making that clear. So much useful info, so many great suggestions. Thank you all 🙂
I have done some research and am aware of most of the changes since I last played (damage boost ect...). I am looking for a combo suggestion that can be fun soloing from the start that won't struggle too much but can be viable later on when I get established and can tweak it out. For now IOs would be what i would be using for the most part, all the way to 50. I have a friend I play with but right now TFs and such would be a VERY rare occurrence for me. So I'm kinda leveling old school. Any help choosing power sets to start with would be greatly appreciated.
I think some people forget that there are those who's whole point in playing is to play the game through to level 50. Not just do TFs and basically bypass the game... I care more about the leveling process than the post 50 stuff. As I am basically playing with a friend and we are new the endgame is out of reach for quite a while. I suspect that much of the player base is similar.
Probably so. But I have only played a few blasters and I love this power! But I'm only level 18 so what do I know? In any case, I took Water/Radiation. Is there anything I should know before I get too far in? Is this a viable set for teaming and post 50 play?
Withe the Beast Run and Ninja Run options available in the tutorial and in Atlas there is simply no pressing need for a travel power anymore. There are so many things that have been added/changed since I left the game that it is almost like relearning it from scratch. But they are for the most part, good things!
I want to be a better player than I am. I want to be able to afford all the high end enhancements. But just starting out and being totally into alts, that's going to take a while
