Wanting to try out a Regen Scrapper. Never played one on live and I like the leveling so far. I threw a build together real quick to have something to go off of. Just looking for some general tips, advice, and build critique. Alpha: If I go with Agility, I am able to get Perma Hasten. However, is it worth it or would it be better to just go Musculature for alpha? Siphon Life: Currently have it slotted with Touch of the Nictus, would it be better to go with a damage IO set instead? Soul Drain: Currently have it 6 slotted with Gaussian's, is this preffered? For those that view and respond thanks for all the help since can't find much on Regen out there.
