I can back this up as I'm having a similar experience. I have two characters who got stuck in the loading screen when I tried to teleport to Wylie Galloway from Find Contact. They went to a loading screen that hung and did not load. I force quit the game. Upon trying to log back in I was told the character is still logging out. I was also kicked with the error code: -1665730839. Further attempts to log into the character gave different kick error codes.

Had an interesting glitch related to this arc on Ouroboros. I'm on a vigilante and it is showing up in my available Ouro arcs though refusing to load. I'm pretty sure it shouldn't even be on my list as a vigilante.
