I'd like to second recommend this, it's a really cool vibe that works really well for an Angelic-Type Character.

I might be a little biased here as a FF/NRG Defender, but the numbers side of the game is something I frankly have never given too much care about. I've always made characters that just seem interesting or fun to play, and aren't necessarily "Best in Class", but I will do my best to make them the best that the given power sets can be. It keeps the game fun and interesting even if my favorite Tanker is the boring classic Invuln/SS!

My biggest suggestion would be to just take a good long look into the Power Sets and Archetypes and just try something that feels right or interesting. In the end you can have a ton of fun just playing every Power Set Combo in the game, and at least for me, a large chunk of the fun is in making characters and leveling and exploring the world with them while they become stronger. But in terms of advice; Enhancements are everything! -- Don't make my youthful mistake, they are essentially the gear of other MMORPGs and make a huge difference in how each and every power works and can really make your build something magic with a little experimentation. In the end, be creative, have fun, enjoy Paragon City! ❤️

I'm not seeing the problem.

I think this is always the case for a lot of players. You see this happen with things like EQ's Project 1999 getting massively popular once it was operating in an Official Capacity rather than something that might disappear in the blink of an eye from a C&D.

Project 1999 for EverQuest began as such a project and later became apart of Official EverQuest paving the way for the Time Locked Expansion Servers that Daybreak runs today. However, this might be the very first time this has happened for a game that is been shut down for a substantial amount of time.

Been a long time, but @FlareJin back then, @Digitalspork now, just discovered this project and have been insanely excited all day at work. Hope to run into some old friends.
