    INV/SS or WP/SS

I'm struggling to decide whether I should make my Super Strength Tanker with Invulnerability or Willpower. I'm looking for your own perspective on the sets and what you might consider to be the pro's and con's of each. Thank you in advance!
  2. Not sure if I'm reading it correctly. You're getting rid of Revive...and now the only way to revive through regeneration is if you happen to have a certain power activated during defeat?
  3. Vitality: Super Strength/Willpower Brute Name: David Joseph Abilities: Superhuman strength, speed, stamina, durability. Capable of flying under his own willpower. CLASSIFIED Data: Project Vitality was a U.S. Government sanctioned FBSA program to facilitate the training and handling of superhuman subject David Joseph. David, now going under the codename, Vitality, was given a super-suit and a communication device with a direct line to a FBSA liaison. US Government Experiments through the NEXUS Program: Project Titan: Invulnerability/Energy Melee Tanker Project XIA: Claws/Regeneration Scrapper Project Apex: Bio Armor/Spines Tanker The NEXUS Program: Project Apex Subject: 'Subject X' Abilities: Superhuman Strength and Speed, Rapid Cellular Regeneration, Spines that protrude from the body carry a small amount of neural toxin, inherent reactive adaptation to all elements. Tech: Cybernetic Mainframe embedded in the subject's body. This cybernetic tech allows the user access to the A.C.C.A.H.U.D. Operation System, Neural Impulse Control, and Cybernetic Stealth Cloak. CLASSIFIED Data: Project Apex was a secret U.S. Government project headed by Dr. Zayne Draydeon, the purpose of which was to create a controllable 'Apex Predator'. Using Project Vitality's blood, spliced with various predator DNA as a catalyst, they were able to imbue the subject with superhuman strength and a highly accelerated healing factor. The experiment caused the subjects body to be genetically modified into an altered beast-like humanoid predator. Crey BioTech Project: Project Genesis: Street Justice/Willpower Scrapper (Experiment using Project Vitality's DNA) Arachnos Experiment: Project Ultimate: Willpower/Super Strength Tanker Subject Name: 'Ultimate Prime' Height: 9'-2" Weight: 1365 lbs. Abilities: Immense Superhuman Strength and Durability. Bio: Project Ultimate, an Arachnos project headed by Dr. Zayne Draydeon, was a genetic experiment to create the "Ultimate Being". Draydeon used a superadine compound, with Project Vitality's DNA as a catalyst, to imbue the subject with superhuman strength and durability. The experiment caused the subject's size and muscle mass to increase exponentially. After the successful transformation, the subject was taken from the facility to be Arachnos' "Ultimate Weapon".
  4. You could have just went with answering my question, but someone has to be responsible for giving the CoH community a bad name, right?
  5. Why are people ok with Batman not having the underwear look, but need Superman to still have it? Make it make sense!
  6. I always stick a Knockback IO in Haymaker to help make it feel more powerful. Having Rage increase Knockback chance and magnitude would be good. The set needs more screen shake like Stone Melee gets. That would also help make it feel more powerful.
  7. What is the very first thing the game asks the player after character creation when you get to Atlas Park?
  8. The very first reply was negative. Regardless, there is literally no reason for anyone to be against this option, unless it is just too hard to implement on the software side of things. Players having the OPTION to turn something like this on and off would allow everyone to play the game the way they like. If you want the buffs, keep the option off. If you do not want the buffs, for whatever reason you have, turn the option on.
  9. Why is having such an option such a trigger for some people? The OP is not suggesting to get rid of it completely, simply an option so that others can be as happy as you all are. Sounds simple enough to me. I would love to have that option.
  10. I suggest an option to never receive ANY buffs from any players outside of your team.
  11. I just watched this on Netflix, and I will admit that I am absolutely in the minority. I think the movie was pretty good.
  12. Simple suggestion to improve the feel of the Regeneration set and the use of the power Revive. Remove the recharge!
  13. What is the best way to find new contacts? I'm level 28, with no new contacts in the "Find Contacts" section. What's the best way to get new contacts?
