Either a farming build or a sustainable build for other end game activities.

I made a brute with a rather odd set of powers, hit 50 on it but I'm not sure what I should do for the build. The origin is Mutation, primary powerset is Energy Melee and the secondary powerset is Stone Armor. Any suggestions or builds would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
