As title says. None of the Cold Domination defenses are being increased on my Defender. Cold Dom/Storm Blast. -Epic pool: Power mastery The Defense values on all the skills (ice shields and artic fog and such) do not rise up.
Showing example of Arctic Fog as I cannot cast shields on myself. (Verified from casting on other players)
