  2. I asked a gm if it was possible to recycle those early base numbers, especially from people who had been banned and would have no chance of returning to reclaim their base. Their response was the base numbers are generated automatically and thus low numbered bases cannot be reclaimed as the auto generator doesn't go backwards.

    It's one of the beams just laid horizontally and stacked. Nothing super fancy.

    Sorry...as usual I am late to the party. I'd suggest you try the regular old floor tile. If you're not planning of having anyone looking up from the bottom, the floor tile had no texture on the back side. It is perfectly clear and you can stand on it.
