Hey all! I'm just looking to pick everyone's brain on this AT, I never really touched the PB and WS back on live believe it or not. Anyways, I was looking for build ideas and methods for a very strong human form PB that can splash into the other two forms if needed. Is perma light form still achievable? And if so how is it done. My priority here is to be max damage, but be able to go dwarf if in trouble. Any help would be appreciated!
