Very interesting read, just a few ideas.
1.) Revive could have a cooldown reset for Instant Healing and MoG. Would probably need a longer recharge with no effect from recharge enhs
-the risk/reward, lose/use your Revive to have IH and MoG back
2.) Give Revive a Pbaoe +regen click on use, with a higher % on caster
-Regens are kinda solo artists lol this may help?
* And I agree completely about any and all resist to debuffs. Just not sure how to implement
My Elec/Regen Brute is at 65% S/L res and 39% Melee Def, handles +4/8 content depending on mobs. (Arachnos is ouch)
He survives quite well and i rarely use Instant Healing(Outside of ITrials), And MoG is almost never used too. Was used for taking Alpha strike initially
Also Regen was my first love on live haha Dark Melee/Regen was a great combo. Never ran Tough or Weave on that guy though, might have to remake him!

So I know the weakness in this build is lacking def debuffs. But my Elec/Regen is pretty fun to play.
I don’t have the build on hand but I’m currently at S/L res of 65% and S/L def of about 42%. Global recharge of 58%, Using Lightning Rod, Spring Attack and my incarnate Pbaoe is pretty nasty.
I’m mostly posting because I haven’t seen anyone post anything on Elec\Regen brutes. And was looking to compare. I’ll try to post Mids build later if I can get on my PC.

Yeah I get it, all of that was brought up on the thread talking about how Regen could be changed. I just think it hasnt kept up with the addition of powers that the game has seen.
And Instant healings original nerf.
And Sovera, Elec Melee would be alot better if END DRAIN actually was effective end game.
I agree with all points made but it was a fun build to lvl, and the build can still handle 54x8 solo in S/L damage mobs.
