I can confirm this as all my characters' Crey missions, level 30 to 42, since the last update (running at +0) have had the level 30 Crey Field Agent, Female model only, in this spawn group.

I noticed it too, ever since the mission was updated with the last update (check patch notes). There are now Rikti Bombs on the map that count down to detonation as well.
