Hello All I have been scouring Dr. Google and the forums and couldn't find a decent Ice Ice cold blaster build. Inf is no factor, something strong that works solo or in team, with good damage and QOL preferably for 4/8 content. I heard Ice was buffed compared to many moons ago and so would love the idea of ice ice cold hero that is strong and i can sink a tonne of inf into it. Hope this is possible and appreciate any help
