    I'll give it a shot today! I've been using 54069, which is a S/L outdoor office map for the same reason.

    For those looking, here's my best guess:
    Toggles: Tough, Weave, Focused Accuracy, Charged Armor, Lightning Field, Static Shield. Everything else seems to be a set/proc mule.
    Autofire: Atom Smasher.

    I haven't played with any of these sets on Scrappers, so looking for advice and feedback (and builds if you have them!) What might the drawbacks be? This is a thematic build, but I want it to be viable. Would it be better as a Brute?

    Weekly 120 Million Themed Costume Contest! (Thursdays at 8 PM Eastern in Kallisti)

    Hello Excelsiorites!

     

    Every Thursday at 8 PM Eastern / 5 PM Pacific, please join 0possum and friends for a 120 Million Inf Costume Contest at Statesman Plaza in Kallisti Wharf! Each week, there will be a theme, available below, and announced here at least a week in advance. All contests will start at the first sunrise after 8 PM and winners will be announced no later than 8:30. 

     

    The prize breakdown is as follows:

     

    • 50 Million for Best in Show
    • 25 Million for Most Creative
    • 25 Million for Best Use of Theme
    • 10 Million each for two Honorable Mentions

     

    All entrants will be judged primarily on their costume, though character names and bios may be used to break close races and hard decisions.

     

    Theme Schedule:

    • 13 May - The Silver Age! - Come in your best 50s, 60s, and 70s style super heroes and villains! 
    • 20 May - Food Fight! - Come with your best food-related costumes, from literal representations of food to mascot homages.
    • 27 May - Monster Mash! - Any sort of monster is welcome, from classic movie monsters to modern horrors.
    • 3 June - Prehistoric Times! - Bring your best cavemen, dinosaurs, or other prehistoric creatures.
    • 10 June - Golden Age and Pulp! - Bring your best adventurers, heroes, and villains from the early 20th Century!
    • 17 June - PRIDE! - It's Pride month! 

     

    Suggestions for future themes are welcome. I will do my best to post images of the winners here each week.

    I'm level 50. What can I do to get Warzone Agent Eckman as a contact?

    Pretty much title. I didn't decide this character was my badgehunter until I was already 50. I would like the mission badges, but I need to be introduced to Warzone Agent Eckman. Who should I talk to? 

     

    The wikis say "Warzone Agent Eckman can be introduced by nearly any contact once a hero gains the appropriate level. The introduction will be through a mission." but that is incredibly vague.

    Just updated the original post with themes for the month of December.

     

    Here are the themes for the next few weeks so that you can prepare:

    Thursday, December 5 - HISTORY  We're looking for any historical figure from any historical era! Twists allowed!

    Thursday, December 12 - WINTER WONDERLAND For some of us, it's winter! Get all wintery and cold and bring your best snow witches, snowmen, yeti, reindeer, and wendigo!

    Thursday, December 19 - THE FORCE So there's this movie coming out on this day that concludes a trilogy of trilogies. It's pretty inspiring...so get inspired!

    Thursday, December 26 - HOLIDAY CLASSICS Celebrate the end of the holidays by throwing it back to your favorite holiday classics! Movies, books, whatever!
