I believe the toggle suppression after mezzed should actually only be 2 - 3 seconds max as well. It makes sense given the average offensive toggles. -

Sentinels seem to be getting hit the hardest with these changes. The whole concept of the Sentinel is AoE, why would it get limited on that front? I can only hope that the people's input may inspire revisions.
