Time to delete my axe/rad tank.... Thanks. You basically slowed recharge time and increased cast time plus took the only good tank pull and made it resistible lol your turning a Tank into a weak pushover. A tank is supposed to lead the way for it's team not hide in the back because you now have the resistance down to a scrapper ! ........ BUT good job you made the bubbles pretty.
