I know that most slow recharging abilities hit the 90% proc rate cap, i've read through the proc monster threads and the PPM info thread, and the math is way too advanced for me. Is there a simpler way to calculate how much recharge I can slot into a power before it is reduced below the 90% proc threshold? It doesnt even have to be exact, just a ballpark estimate or rule of thumb to follow would be good. I mean i've seen some builds slot procs into powers with the rest of the set giving recharge/acc/damage, so that seems to defeat the purpose of adding a proc into the power.
