I've been playing a Rad/Rad Defender for a few months and I've been loving it! I want to maximize the build but putting together builds is something I've never been very good at. I've put together a "Hypothetical Build" but I'm not sure how to cap my defenses and have plenty of recharge and on top of that manage my endurance, any help or advice would be much appreciated! I really want this toon to be the very best it can!
