Time Control as a primary control set for Dominators only:
- Time Wall
- Time Stop
- Time Barricade (AoE version of Time Wall)
- Memory Distortion (Confuse)

A blaster with singularity would be crazy. Sing could absorb the alpha strike, the blaster could then unleash their crashless nuke, while sing tanks and holds any left over from the blasters alpha while the blaster mopped up.
I guess you do have a point about pets in ancillary pools. There could at least be mastermind pets as Incarnate pets, and/or more Incarnate pets to chose from. for example: Hydra, Igneous, etc.

Seems like Defenders/Corruptors are the only ones with a new Ancillary Powerset so I don't risk looking too much like a fool at least
It shouldn't be too hard to proliferate Arctic Mastery to scrappers/stalkers and it shouldn't be too hard to proliferate Darkness Mastery and Weapon Mastery to brutes/tankers either.

Control/Def would be incredibly safe but slow given you can lock down enemies, and then anything not locked isnt too threatening. However, you need some offensive power to be able to solo.
I suppose the primary powersets could be a mix of control and melee then. In that case:

Flame Mastery was added to Corruptors/Defenders, possibly by the Homecoming Team. You should try to get a Corruptor/Defender to Level 35 and check the Epic Pool list to see if I'm right about Flame Mastery existing or not.

I would also like to see the scrapper/stalker's Weapon and Darkness Mastery pools be proliferated to brutes and tankers and the brute/tanker's Arctic Mastery pool be proliferated to scrappers and stalkers.

I don't think there's an easy way to disable the menu itself, since it is a rather "dumb" command. Basically, don't create a macro for it on the regular servers and you should be golden. (If you share bindings and power set ups on both Justin and regular servers, try not to save the Justin side of things)
What about power color and animation customizations saved on the Justin server?
